East Side Kids

Helping children birth through 5th grade
live in light of the gospel.

Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth. Psalm 127:4

This verse tells us just how powerful kids who love and follow Jesus are in God’s hands!

East Side Kids seeks to come alongside parents to make young disciples of Jesus who make other disciples of Jesus.  We strive to remove every obstacle between our kids and the real Jesus, and to keep Him at the forefront of all that we do.  After all, Jesus is the Hero in every story!

East Side Kids will weekly engage in Bible stories, crafts, activities, songs, and prayer.  Children are always welcome to participate in a New City gathering, or parents can utilize East Side Kids during any portion of the gathering. East Side Kids begins receiving children 20 minutes before each gathering begins, or parents can take their children to East Side Kids after the first set of songs.

East Side kids has classes for children birth through 5th grade.  Students in 6th grade and above are invited to serve in a classroom during the gathering as a Student Helper.

We take the safety of our East Side Kids very seriously. Every teacher undergoes a thorough background check, and there is a volunteer at the Registration Desk throughout the New City gathering. 

If you are visiting with us and have children, please visit our East Side Kids Registration Desk and allow an extra 10 minutes to register your family and introduce your kids to their classes.
